Terms & Conditions

Fresh Fold Mobile

Serving Baltimore, Maryland and surrounding areas.


1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a pickup, using our website, enrolling in a membership, or submitting payment for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Fresh Fold Mobile (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides residential and commercial laundry pickup, wash & fold, and delivery services in Maryland.


2. Services Provided

Fresh Fold Mobile offers:

  • Residential Wash & Fold Service

  • Pickup & Delivery Laundry Service

  • Recurring Membership Laundry Plans

  • Commercial Laundry Services

All services are subject to availability and service area limitations.


3. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

  • All items left for service are safe to wash and dry.

  • All pockets have been emptied.

  • Items requiring special care (dry clean only, hand wash, delicate, etc.) are clearly separated and labeled.

  • You will notify us of any special instructions prior to service.

Fresh Fold Mobile is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Items left in pockets

  • Improper labeling or special-care items not disclosed


4. Loss or Damage Policy

While we exercise reasonable care in handling your items, laundry services involve inherent risks.

In the rare event of loss or damage:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must remain unwashed and available for inspection.

  • Compensation is limited to the lesser of:

    • Five (5) times the service charge for the item, OR

    • $100 per order

Fresh Fold Mobile does not compensate for:

  • Sentimental value

  • Color bleeding

  • Shrinkage within normal standards

  • Missing buttons or minor loose threads

This limitation of liability complies with Maryland commercial service standards.


5. Pickup & Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure pickup/drop-off location.

Fresh Fold Mobile is not liable for:

  • Theft or damage after delivery has been completed

  • Weather-related exposure if laundry is left outside

  • Incorrect address information provided by customer

If access is unavailable at scheduled pickup or delivery, a missed service fee may apply.


6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept secure online payments and other approved methods.

If payment is declined or reversed:

  • Service may be suspended.

  • Collection efforts may be initiated.

  • Customer is responsible for associated processing or chargeback fees.


7. Membership & Subscription Plans

Membership plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly).

By enrolling in a membership:

  • You authorize recurring charges.

  • Plans renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Cancellation requires at least 48 hours notice before next billing date.

No partial refunds are issued for unused services within a billing cycle.


8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup.

Failure to cancel in advance may result in a service fee.

Fresh Fold Mobile reserves the right to reschedule service due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Equipment failure

  • Safety concerns

  • Events beyond reasonable control


9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will re-clean eligible items at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.


10. Commercial Clients

Commercial service agreements may include separate written contracts outlining:

  • Volume pricing

  • Turnaround guarantees

  • Payment terms

  • Service frequency

If a separate agreement exists, that agreement governs.


11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communication purposes.

We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law.


12. Service Area

Services are currently offered in:

  • Baltimore City

  • Towson

  • Columbia

  • Owings Mills

  • Randallstown

  • Surrounding Maryland areas

Service availability may change without notice.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Maryland law:

Fresh Fold Mobile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service order.


14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maryland.


15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
